Orders and acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or inability to verify the purchaser’s age or identity.

If we cancel an order before shipment, any payment collected for that unshipped order will be handled according to applicable law and our posted store policies.

Pricing and product information

We try to keep all product descriptions, prices, inventory, and availability information accurate, but we do not guarantee that all listings are complete, current, or error-free.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, substitute packaging when appropriate, and cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing or listing mistakes.

Returns and refunds

All sales are final.

We do not offer returns or refunds unless required by law.

Exchanges are available on non-tobacco products only within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Tobacco products, vape products, consumable goods, opened items, and any age-restricted products are not eligible for exchange unless required by law or unless the wrong item was sent by us.

We reserve the right to deny any exchange request that does not meet these conditions.

Good-faith resolution first

If there’s ever a problem with your order, age verification, shipping, or any part of your experience, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly in good faith. We may offer options such as clarifying tracking information, replacing items when appropriate, or working with the carrier to investigate issues, depending on the situation.

For any concern or disagreement, please email us or use the contact form on our website. Include your order number, photos (if relevant), and a brief description of the issue so we can review it quickly. We’ll do our best to respond within a reasonable timeframe.
